- We cannot intervene with shipments once parcel has left Australia. If there is a wrong address it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact local postal authorities to redirect shipment

UK SHIPPING

- UK shipping requires company EORI number for customs 

- Customs duties are payable by the receiver upon assessment 

- Customs will notify receiver of duties payable via mail

- Shipments incur customs duties daily if unpaid 

- We will supply all necessary paperwork and customs email to support smooth delivery of shipment
